In the summer of 2015, I had the opportunity to attend the Atelierhaus Hilmsen Residency in Hilmsen, Germany. During this time, all participants created a body of work to be displayed in a pop up show in the Kunsthaus Salzwedel. 

My piece was a mixed media installation titled "Microcosm," inspired by various natural elements found in the German forests, particularly the natural patterns and textures of the different rocks and minerals.
